Important Senior Comps information:

Has been posted at the senior comps site giving the details of the various assignments and due dates.

General Announcements: Parents

Thank you so much for all of you who attended, for those who performed, and for the baking which was done for the Senior Talent Show.  We were able to raise a total of 485,000 yen.  Funds will continue to come in over the next two weeks and we hope we will reach our goal of 550,000 yen.

This Saturday (Feb. 27th) is our last fund raising activity as we will be selling food and our concessions to the many people who will be coming to the Instrumental Solo and Ensemble Festival at CAJ.  There are over 350 performers scheduled to take part along with judges, festival volunteers, and parents.  It is going to be one large crowd and they will be there from 8:00 AM-4:00 PM.  We will be serving our curry rice, chili, and this time, clam chowder.  Many students have completed their work time and everyone should be finishing up their 25 hours with this fundraising activity.  In fact, we will be asking the students who are done if they would be willing to volunteer some hours to help us serve the many people at the festival.  This is a valuable service we give to the CAJ community and to the many quests we will have on our campus that day.  We need your help to make it a success as we will need some additional rice cookers and crock pots.  If you have either you can let us borrow, please have your son or daughter bring it by Thursday (Feb. 25th) or email and let me know you will be bringing it in.  If you son or daughter would like to bake some type of baked good (we will be making brownies, rice krispies, cake, and cupcakes) please let me know. Thank you for being so cooperative and supportive of your sons and daughters this year as they have put in so many hours serving our community and raising funds for this yearŐs trip.

Please be watching this site as we will be posting items about the trip to Thailand (Only 19 days away) over the next couple of weeks.

Seniors should be checking their caj.or.jp email regularly for important announcements!

This Saturday (Feb. 27th) is the last fundraising activity and an opportunity to finish your hours.  We will be filling in the sign-up sheet in global issues class.

We will also be asking seniors to volunteer their time this Saturday to help us serve the very large crowd which will be coming to the Instrumental Solo and

Ensemble Festival.  This is an important service we provide for the CAJ community and the Kanto Plains International community.  We also need a few people to bake if they would like to (this volunteer).  We will have brownies, rice krispies, cake, and cupcakes already for Saturday.  Join with us on Saturday to finish strong.  Only 19 days until Thailand.
